As we enter the political season, please remember to adhere to the Rules & Regulations of the community referring to signs.

Starting April 1 yard waste will be collected.  Please use the green bin or biodegradable bags.  Be sure to fold all bags down at the top to prevent overfilling.  NO PLASTIC BAGS WILL BE PICKED UP

The entrance to the retention pond behind Oakmont Dr. is not a dump site.  Grass cuttings, dirt or other landscaping debris should be put in a plastic bag for garbage pickup.
